What this site is
Personalcare.id is an independent educational resource about everyday personal care. Everything here exists to help you understand your options well enough to choose for yourself, or to ask a qualified professional a better question.
We are a small independent publisher. We are not a brand, a manufacturer, a retailer, a salon, a clinic, a dermatologist or any other licensed professional, and we cannot assess your skin, hair or scalp.
How we make money
Some links on this site are partner or affiliate links. If you use one and go on to buy something, we may be paid a referral fee at no cost to you. Some pages also carry clearly labelled sponsored placements. That funding never determines what we write, how options are ordered, or what appears in a comparison — our methodology sets out how those decisions are actually made, and our affiliate disclosure sets out the commercial relationships.
What we will never do
We will never tell you a product is guaranteed to work, cure anything, or produce a specific result. We will never diagnose a skin or scalp condition. We will never invent a review, a statistic, a certification, a before-and-after, or a partnership. And we will never use countdown timers, false scarcity or manufactured urgency — in a category built on insecurity, those tactics are how people get taken advantage of.
